Cockapoo puppies are a dog hybrid, formed by crossing a Cocker Spaniel with a Poodle. They come in a variety of colors and are known for their curious personality and dense, curly coat. Registering a Cockapoo puppy with the American Cockapoo Club offers proof that your puppy was bred with quality standards in mind. While the American Kennel Club does not recognize the Cockapoo as a breed and does not allow them to participate in shows, this world renown organization also offers a program that allows dogs such as Cockapoos to participate in their agility and obedience trials.
